Nuisance Complaints |
Any Board Member can take a report. Maurice Weir, Board
President is the only one who can authorize repairs or maintenance work to
be done. Any repairs done without prior authorization of the President
will not be paid by the Homeowners Association. |

Security Issues |
Maurice Weir is the main
contact person, but any Board Member can take a report. If a security
problem is reported to another Board Member, it is that Board Member's
responsibility to inform Maurice Weir. |
